Councilman Michael LoPorto not guilty of 22 possession of a forged instrument felonies
this afternoon.
Someone with way too much time on
their hands came up with a new menu for his Fourth Street establishment. It's pretty funny.

Hard to feel sorry for loporto he brought all this upon himself and his family by LYING abot where he lived and running for city council in the first place. Hope it was worth it Mike.
With all due respect, I have to agree w/Mr. LoPorto's daughter: Smith, go back to Texas! I add the following: But, leave a check for $300,000 for the citizens of Troy before you go! This trial was a real scam from the get-go. It is my sincere hope that Mr. LoPorto will take Mr. Smith to civil court, so that he can be compensated for three years of harassment! Mr. LoPorto's case by Mr. Smith's own admission, specfically, that it's very hard to provde what someone is thinking, is Law School 101. This case was 2xs a waste of tax payer's money! This was all about the politics, chums!

Why would he sue the city of Troy. The only involvement of the City was city hall was used by the boys to work over the ballots in the clerks office. Who was in charge of the clerks office......Clem Campana, president of the city council.
